Approach to Therapy
My work is relationship focused with an emphasis on mind/body healing, recognizing early family patterns and discovering new perspectives and solutions. I utilize DBT, CBT, attachment theory, shadow work, somatic awareness and dream tending. In a safe, affirming, non-judgmental environment with a trauma focused lens, I assist my couples, teens and adults deal with life’s challenges. I use an approach that focuses on meeting you where you are at and helping you navigate the uncharted territory.
