Approach to Therapy
Using a combination of therapeutic techniques I am able to help support you to identify and process through areas in your life that you feel are impacted negatively. This process helps you build coping skills which empower and support you to move forward in a healthy way. I work with all ages and specialize in working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression and mood disorders. If you are struggling to process and/or manage challenges in your life, I will support you to incorporate new ways to manage these symptoms and heal from past or current trauma. Together we will find a path to process through stressful situations, reduce symptoms and improve your daily functioning. I can help guide and support you through the resolution of trauma, support you to gain insight and implement new ways to cope with challenges in an effective and empowering way.
