Approach to Therapy

I bring a combination of therapeutic techniques into the space. Together, we can identify what are the areas of your life that you want to improve in or strengthen areas you are already comfortable in. In the therapeutic space, my hope is to empower and motivate you to build your coping skills that fit for you. I have experience working with individuals who are experiencing anxiety, depression, and symptoms associated with complex trauma. My hope is to support in the processing and healing journey that is right for you.

Background

I have experience working with individuals from diverse backgrounds. I have worked with adolescents and young adults providing therapy as well as advocacy. I am enthusiastic about working with individuals from all walks of life and my hope is to collaborate with clients on what are the best goals and tools to support them in their healing journey.

In my free time I like trying new food spots, working out, shopping, and reading. I am someone who loves watching sports such as baseball, basketball, football, and soccer. I enjoy spending time with my loved ones.

Rates

Individuals: $140 per session (50 min)

Couples: $225 per session (90 min)
