Approach to Therapy
Hello and welcome. You are likely here because you are looking for support and compassion either for yourself or a loved one, and I am grateful to be a part of that journey. My hope is to uplift you as you move toward increased healing and wholeness in your life. I take a holistic, collaborative, practical, and empathic approach. My aim is to empower you to work with your emotions and to utilize your strengths as a means of moving through anxiety, overwhelm, trauma, and insecurities.
