Approach to Therapy
My work centers around helping you piece together your past and present, supporting you to reconcile with yourself and build your wellness in balance and harmony. Through the process of building therapeutic alliance with you, I bring together elements that I believe are necessary for therapy to have the best outcome, based on your immediate and secondary needs. With this approach, my framework allows me to engage in and use a Client Centered approach as a foundation, combining therapeutic techniques through Cognitive Behavioral Theory, Psychodynamic Theory, Attachment Theory, and Family Systems Theory.
